Collection points and parcel lockers

Having parcels delivered to your home is a great luxury. However, most people work away from home or have very busy lives and when the delivery agent rings the doorbell, no one is there to open it and collect the package.

Have your parcel delivered where you want

Fortunately, you can also have our parcels delivered to a collection point or a parcel distributor near you. You can then collect your package when it suits you. Convenient, isn't it? And much better for the environment, because if you're not home, the delivery person must come back. An easily avoidable surplus of fuel.

How does it work?

It's quite simple. When you are on a product page, you can choose Collection point as the delivery option. The shipping price is displayed directly. You can also choose the option you prefer during checkout. After entering your address, choose a collection point near you.

When the parcel is delivered to the collection point, you will receive an e-mail or a notification in the Bpost or DPD application telling you that you can now collect your parcel during the opening hours of the collection point.

Collection points are not available in some countries.
