Fast delivery from Belgium to all EU countries. Choose home delivery, a collection point or a parcel locker where available. We ship throughout the European Union and offer a range of delivery options to suit your preferences.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. The outside of the parcel does not show Anteros branding, product information or any indication of the contents.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

The prices above are starting prices. The final shipping cost may vary depending on the carrier, delivery method, collection point or parcel locker availability, and possible remote-region surcharges.

We ship to all EU countries. For destinations not listed above, shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

Delivery Times

The delivery times shown above apply to orders placed on working days before 10 p.m.

Orders placed after 10 p.m., on Saturday, Sunday or a Belgian public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times are indicative and may occasionally be affected by peak periods, carrier disruptions, severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Your Chosen Carrier

When placing an order, you can choose your preferred delivery company. Prices, available delivery methods and cut-off times may vary by carrier.

For the fastest dispatch, choose “Home Delivery”. We will then select an available carrier that can collect your parcel that day. If you select a specific carrier, dispatch may take one extra working day depending on carrier availability.

Collection Points and Parcel Lockers

Remote Regions

For certain international remote regions, additional fees may apply. These are automatically added to the shipping cost during checkout.

Ready to Ship

All products shown as available on our website are in stock in our warehouse in Belgium. This allows us to dispatch orders quickly and helps prevent delays caused by backorders or supplier shortages.

Track Your Package

As soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way. If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder. If it is not there either, contact us and we will send you the link again.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.

Returned items may be inspected as they would be in a physical shop, but they must not be used. Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed.
